An integral part of Foundation training is the management of the sick patient. This course held at the
Montagu Clinical Simulation Centre builds on the trainees’ basic knowledge of managing a sick patient and explores this in the complexity of the acute care setting. The course highlights the CARMA principles and helps trainees develop their teamwork and communication skills in a realistic simulated environment.
