This course held at the Montagu Clinical Simulation Centre or in the Practioners own clinical area uses a high fidelity manikin and scenario based training to explore topics such as communication skills, effective teamwork and situation awareness.  Each ward based scenario will be video recorded and then debriefed.  This course provides training for all health care assistants and is an excellent opportunity for those new to this sort of training.
