This course is aimed at ST4 trainees in Emergency Medicine. It is a College of Emergency Medicine (CEM) approved course. Non-technical skills such as communication and team working skills will be explored through realistic simulated scenarios, which will be videoed and debriefed. The faculty consist of Emergency Medicine Consultants from the Y&H Deanery.
This course will serve as an introduction to Non technical skills and team working for ST4 trainees. Communication skills will form an integral part of this training. The expert faculty will facilitate by using video debriefing of the simulated scenarios.
This course is open to all Emergency Medicine ST4 trainees in the Y&H Deanery. To book a place trainees will need to do so via www.mel-learn.com
