Course Information
The Montagu Clinical Simulation Centre developed this course for Health Care Professionals wishing to develop their simulation training skills.
The course gives an overview of simulation and the education theories supporting it. Included is an introduction to the concepts of Human Factors, as well as advice on designing scenarios and courses. The concepts of debriefing and facilitation are also discussed and explored.
Prior knowledge of the working and programming of your manikin / simulator is essential for maximum benefit of this course.
